“We are excited to bring a breakfast option to an area where there really aren’t many,” Roditis shares with What Now Dallas. “It will be located in a beautiful end lot with a large outdoor patio overlooking a park.”

Located within the high-end residential community of Star Park, this location will be a convenient and walkable go-to for breakfast and brunch, featuring seasonal beverages, benedicts, burgers, and more. Patrons can enjoy outdoor seating with a view, or opt for Yolk’s funky, modern interior.

The restaurant’s website boasts “great food, unique dishes, and fantastic service, all delivered to you with a smile.” According to the website, Yolk’s founder, Taki Kastanis, launched the restaurant with innovative food and unmatched customer service in mind. This approach has paid off, earning Yolk recognition as “Best Breakfast” in 2008 from Citysearch.com and “#1 breakfast” by viewers of Fox News Chicago.

Since opening the Chicago location in 2006, Yolk has since expanded to locations in Indiana, Florida, and Texas. Even with 17 current locations, Roditis says Yolk has a family-run feel.
