Te’Jun the Texas Cajun Is Bringing It’s Southern Seafood Concept to A New Location

A new Te’Jun location is in the works for 541 Keller Parkway. According to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the new location will wrap-up construction in early 2025.

The Texas-based, Cajun-inspired joint has mobile food trucks and dine-in restaurants, while also serving as a supplier of live crawfish and other seafood. The menu includes classic crab buckets, fried seafood, po’boys, gumbo and unique options like fried alligator, boudin balls, fried mushrooms. 

The restaurant’s website says it was started by Joe and Tammy Reid as a side business for extra income and a college fund for their two daughters. “Joe built the first Te’Jun trailer in 1996” and the success continued to grow until the opened a year-round restaurant in 2017. The restaurant describes themselves as a “Christ-centered” and “family-owned” establishment that looks “forward too Erving you and welcoming you to the Te’Jun family!” Learn more at www.tejunthetexascajun.com
