Mesero will open an eighth location at The Farm in Allen, Texas by the summer of 2024, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The filing outlines a $4M project that includes the ground-up construction of a 11,647 square-foot restaurant and patio.

The seven other existing locations are all within the DFW metroplex, offering food that the website describes as “beyond Tex Mex.” The menu flaunts mouthwatering fare like brisket tacos, shrimp-loaded ceviche and a to-die-for drink list. The vibe is elevated, but comfortable, promising “Mexican Spirit American Life.”
