Smoke Chemistry Restaurant and Lounge is coming to 1003 N Collins Street in Arlington, Texas sometime next summer, owner James Williams confirmed with What Now Dallas.
Williams hopes the cigar lounge and restaurant will become a go-to hangout spot for locals as well as visitors to the neighboring AT&T Stadium.
“Smoke Chemistry will be an upscale restaurant and cigar lounge,” Williams told What Now Dallas. “It will have a two-story patio for outdoor smoking, and the menu will feature specialty egg rolls, oxtail, fried chicken sandwiches, lamb, greens, grits, Mac and cheese, wings, custom flatbread pizzas and a full bar.”
Williams said the decor will be modern, all arranged in a way that welcomes and encourages guests to stay and socialize. The music, he said, will be “a little bit of everything” — except rap — for the purpose of supporting conversation and comfort for guests. A website and social media is still in the works.
