The first location will come to 300 N Greenville Ave #16 in Richardson, followed by another at 2540 Old Denton Road in Carrollton. These are part of a large expansion for the chain, with the website listing eight locations as “coming soon.”

Shoo Loong Kạn translates literally as “Little Dragon Ridge”, a place in Chongqing, China resembling a dragon. According to the website, the hotpot shop has “dedicated itself to providing customers with hot pot soup bases with genuine flavors, fresh and healthy ingredients and a diverse and innovative array of products.”

What started in 2014 as a small restaurant in Sichuan with a handful of tables is now expanding across the states. Explore the menu and monitor the fast growth at www.shooloongkan.us
