A recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation outlines plans to finish out the 1,200-square-foot space for the restaurant that has both dine-in and to-go options, as the name might suggest. Bright orange walls energize the space, while guests can make selections from an on-the-wall menu, and order at the counter.

Customers will also be able to order online from options like Cajun Edamame, Gyoza, Tuna Tataki, all the traditional rolls that are expected from a sushi restaurant, as well as specialty creations like the Candy Cane Roll that combines cream cheese, cucumber and tuna, the Dang Roll, a spicy crab, cucumber, avocado and tuna creation, and much more.

Other unique options include the Green Zone Rolll, combining spicy tuna, cucumber, red snapper and seaweed salad, and the Hot Mama Roll, with crab, cucumber, avocado, salmon, red snapper, tuna, shrimp, crap and a crispy tenkasu topping.

Sushi Go will also serve sushi in another format: bowls. Customers can enjoy the California Bowl, Ahi Tower Bowl, Crunch Roll, Eel Unagi and others on a bed of sushi rice.
