“Maiden endeavors to redefine the culinary experience for patrons and staff and follows in the steps of Spiral Diner & Bakery, which introduced the possibilities of a team-focused approach to the culinary industry,” according to a Maiden Facebook post.

Maiden will offer a cruelty-free tasting menu of modern cuisine. The menu will also feature premium cocktails, fine wines, and craft beer.

The small, fine-dining restaurant will be located at 1216 6th Ave. in Fort Worth and could open in late spring or early summer. The leadership team at Maiden seeks to provide a dining experience for the tender-hearted and environmentally conscious eater with an imaginative menu that uses modern cooking techniques to showcase what is possible with all vegan ingredients.

Another concept from Spiral Diner founder Amy McNutt and Executive Chef Parker Howard, Dreamboat Donuts & Scoops, will also be part of the new PS1200 development. Dreamboat is expected to open in April.
