Union Bear is bringing another brewery and kitchen to 308 W Virginia Street in McKinney, Texas. Preston Lancaster, owner of 33 Restaurant Group, told What Now Dallas that the location is still in the permitting process, with hopes to begin renovating a former flooring store into a welcoming restaurant environment later this month.
This will be the restaurant’s second location. The first features indoor and outdoor dining at The Boardwalk in Plano. According to the website, Union Bear is locally owned with “a West Coast feel, used with deep Texas roots.”
In addition to their chef-driven menu of American classics, Union Bear also brews their own award-winning beer that is available on tap. Staff-curated cocktails are made to complement brunch, flatbreads, sandwiches and full-fledged dinner plates.
