Doughbird is coming to 5560 W. Lovers Lane by 2025 according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The filing included plans for a 5,400-square-foot space that includes an exterior patio for fair weather dining.
The concept is being brought to Dallas courtesy of Sam Fox his company, Fox Restaurant Concepts.
Doughbird’s menu is anything but boring, offering slices, sips and cocktails that add interest to each visitor’s day. The restaurant specializes in what they call “an unexpected yet perfect duo” of pizza and rotisserie chicken. This produces some eclectic combos like Brussels sprout Pizza with melted sweet potato and glazed bacon or Thai curry cononut rotisserie chicken. With eight house-made sauces, customers can customize their pizza, or level-up their crust-dunking experience.
The Lovers Lane location will be the restaurant’s Texas debut, with existing Doughbirds currently operating in Arizona and Tennessee. Learn more at www.eatdoughbird.com
