Coco Shrimp offers a simple menu of shrimp plates served with rice and salad or tacos. You can enjoy an array of shrimp flavors starting with Coco Shrimp, which is hand-battered and breaded with coconut flakes and fried. Sauteed shrimp flavors include butter garlic, lemon herb, sweet and spicy, and spicy. You can also pick your favorite flavor and have it served as a taco. Mochi, which is a thin, chewy dough that is filled with ice cream is served for dessert.

Isaac Hadley, founder, and his brother-in-law Jordan Barrus, co-own Coco Shrimp. The brand originally opened as a food truck in Fort Worth in 2017. Diners can currently enjoy the restaurant’s savory shrimp at two Fort Worth locations, one in Watauga, and one in Denton.

The newest addition to Coco Shrimp will be located in a 3,700-square-foot space at 1301 Keller Pkwy., Unit 100, Keller, TX 76248. The spot will undergo an interior finish out, according to a project filing, and could open sometime in spring of 2023.
