The filing states that work could get underway on the 1,145-square-foot space in February with completion estimated for May. The space will undergo an interior renovation before opening to the public.

Tiff’s Treats offers a variety of cookie flavors from chocolate chip and sugar to snickerdoodle and peanut butter. You can also add Frost ‘ems Frosting Cups to your order to top your cookies. Brownies, cookie truffles, milk, and ice cream are also available.

Tiff’s Treats cookies are baked to order and delivered warm, but you can also grab a cookie in-store from a limited supply. The Tiff’s Treats website encourages guests to place an order at least 30 minutes before pickup.

The brand was developed by co-founders Tiffany Taylor and Leon Chen in 1999 when they were students at the University of Texas in Austin. According to the Tiff’s Treats website, Taylor didn’t show for a date with Chen, so she brought him freshly-baked cookies as an apology. He convinced her to begin selling her cookies. Tiff’s Treats now has dozens of locations across Texas and in other states such as Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
