The tenant listed on the filing is Danny Doan. Doan is a bb.q Chicken franchisee who also operates locations in Arlington, Fort Worth, and Richardson, according to the brand’s website. The filing states Doan’s new bb.q Chicken will be located at 2625 West Pioneer Pkwy, Ste. 104, Grand Prairie, TX 75051.

Founded in 1995 by Yoon Hong-guen in Seoul, South Korea, bb.q Chicken now operates more than 3,500 locations worldwide. According to the brand’s website, the bb.q stands for “Best of the Best Quality.” The website states, “Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.”

The menu features authentic recipes of Korean fried chicken, which is available in a variety of flavors and spice levels as whole chicken, wings, or boneless. Diners can also enjoy traditional Korean dishes of kimchi fried rice and bowls of ddeok-bokki, which includes rice cakes and fish cakes in a sweet and spicy chili reduction. Fries, cheese sticks, dumplings, and other sides are also available.
