Gen Korean BBQ offers guests an interactive dining experience. Gen Korean BBQ waitstaff can recommend various menu items and then present them to the table. Diners can then cook marinated meats on a grill.

Diners “will experience a wide array of complex flavors that will truly give your palate a new perception of taste,” according to the brand’s website. The menu consists of freshly prepared pork, beef, chicken, seafood, and vegetables. Traditional Korean ban-chan options, which are side-dishes, include kimchi, spicy radish, potato salad, and more.

Interior improvements, including non-bearing walls, lighting, finishes, and cooking equipment, is planned for the new Dallas Gen Korean BBQ space, which is just over 4,400 square feet. Gen Korean BBQ manager Don Kim told What Now Dallas they hope to open sometime in late summer.
