The 100% made-from-scratch menu highlights an array of chicken tenders and bone-in wings that are brined for 72 hours, hand-breaded, and tossed in 20+ chef-blended dry rubs and sauces, including boozy BBQ, KFC (Korean fried chicken), salt and vinegar, black truffle siracha, maple sugar, spicy apricot glaze, and other flavorful and spicy combinations.

The menu was carefully crafted by local chef, Chris Conlon, and all of the dishes are made-to-order using responsibly and carefully selected ingredients. In addition to chicken tenders and wings, the menu also features bites, such as crispy mac n’ cheese, loaded fries, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and milkshakes. Other menu highlights include:

·       Chicks in a Blanket – Chicken apple sausage, honey mustard, and spicy ketchup wrapped in puff pastry

·       Crazy Hot Asian – A specialty salad on leaf lettuce, topped with crispy tenders, Sichuan pepper, green curry ranch, and pickle chips

·       Crispy Mac & Queso Bites – Creamy queso mac n’ cheese loaded with bacon, green chilis, and scallions

·       Shrooms – Fresh mushrooms stuffed with pimento cheese, served with a chipotle ranch

·       Boozy Bird Burger – An 8 oz patty topped with an over-easy egg, spicy aioli, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and pickles

·       Cordon Blue Sandwich – A crispy chicken sandwich with black forest ham, Swiss cheese, and truffle aioli dressing

·       Handspun Milkshakes – Chocolate, vanilla, and seasonal milkshake flavors mixed using local Henry’s Homemade Ice Cream

Boozy Bird also features over 20 high-definition TVs, life-size lawn games such as ping pong, beer pong, shuffleboard, and basketball, pool tables, classic arcade games, and a casual sports lounge. Guests can also enjoy a turfed 800-square-foot dog-friendly patio, weekly “puppy-hour” / happy hour specials, a selection of local canned beer with more than 45 options (all $3.75), and specialty craft-driven cocktails, including “big birds” ($45 shareable fishbowl cocktails), “chicken littles” ($5 craft shots), “boozy jammers” served in capri-style pouches, boozy cappuccinos, frozen flamingos, and more.

“I hail from the birthplace of buffalo wings – Buffalo, New York,” said Chris Conlon, Boozy Bird’s chef partner in statement. “I grew up indulging in the finest wings from a quaint local spot every Friday night. Wings truly are my childhood comfort food, and that deep-rooted love and passion fueled the creation of Boozy Bird. I firmly believe that the Carrollton community and beyond will flock to Boozy Bird time and time again – drawn in by the local beer and family-friendly games, but undoubtedly staying for the melt-in-your-mouth wings.”

Boozy Bird has space for private parties, corporate events, and birthday celebrations, with multiple private event rooms that can accommodate groups of 10-100.

Boozy Bird is the latest concept from the Rock Libations restaurant group, owned by Dallas locals Josh Babb and Sean Clavir, and is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. – 2 a.m. (kitchen closes at 11 p.m.).
