Healthy Pan-Asian fast-casual restaurant, Balance Grille, will open five locations across the Dallas area. HRH Operations 1 LLC, which is owned and operated by Roshan Ayub, signed an agreement with Balance Grille to bring the franchise locations to North Texas.
Ayub’s first Balance Grille will be located at W FM 544 and Springwell Pkwy. in Wylie. The location will be 2,000 square feet, and construction could wrap up sometime this summer, according to a recent project filing.
Ayub is no stranger to the franchise world. Ayub has more than a decade owning and operating Subway restaurants and Marco’s Pizza locations. He was previously recognized as Marco’s Franchisee of the Year.

The brand’s commitment to fueling people with clean and delicious food as well as its optimization of technology to create an efficient experience make them stand out, and I am excited to have the opportunity to be a part of it.”
The menu features unique flavor profiles and food pairings made with farm fresh ingredients. It is focused on overall balance and wellness, much like the Asian diet, which promotes eating plant-based greens, vegetables, and whole grains with minimal meat and dairy.
Balance Grille was founded by Prakash Karamchandani and HoChan Jang and currently operates four locations in Ohio and one in Colorado. The brand is focusing its expansion efforts in Texas with more than 20 stores planned for other cities including Houston, San Antonio, Waco, and College Station.
