Shin’s original Revolving Kitchen is a 25-unit commissary kitchen and production facility in Garland. The new Fairview location will feature 34 fully-equipped commercial kitchens that will allow area diners to enjoy more than 20 restaurants including Sweet Pearl’s Ice Cream, Wing City, The Boil Daddy, The Bop Bop, and more, according to Revolving Kitchen’s Facebook page.

Indoor dining with food delivery robots will be available plus a full-service bar and a marketplace for grab-and-go items.

Revolving Kitchen will be located at 164 Town Place in Fairview. According to a recent project filing, construction on the space could be complete sometime next summer.
