Einstein Bros. Bagels is adding a location at 2191 Buckingham Road in Richardson, Texas according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
A construction manager with the company confirmed with What Now Dallas that this location will be a corporate-owned addition to the chains existing 682 spots across the United States serving fresh-from-the-oven bagels, with enough toppings to switch-up the sandwich every day of the month and more.
Customers can choose from sweet or savory schmears, egg sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and coffee to accompany each bite. Cream cheese options include Garden Veggie, Honey Almond, Jalapeño Salsa, Onion and Chive, Strawberry, or regular cream cheese. Gourmet bagel options include the apple cinnamon-topped bagel, avocado toast, cheesy hash, green chili, and spinach Florentine among other specialty creations.
