The concept comes from brothers Henry and Brandon Cohanim, the co-owners of Nomo, a Dallas Japanese restaurant, and innovative lounge, Bar Colette.

While little information is currently available on the brothers’ new concept, Dallas News announced it as a “European fine dining restaurant” led by “French-born culinary director Christophe De Ellis.”

And of course, it can be reasonably deduced from their existing culinary destinations that it will maintain the same high-end creativity and meticulously curated design of their current concepts.

Mamani will join the Quadrangle, which is “transforming a 1960’s historic site into a walkable mixed-used destination.”

Though no website or social media is currently established for the new concept, Brandon Cohanim’s active Instagram presence often relays restaurant updates, openings, and ongoing news.
