If you’re in the mood for waffles, Hot Pancakes has several options. Chicken fried chicken? Hot Pancakes has that, too.

Breakfast options include omelets, Eggs Benedict, French toast, and of course, pancakes. For lunch, Hot Pancakes diners can try sandwiches—Monte Cristo, tuna salad, and Philly Cheesesteak, to name a few. Other dishes include salads, quesadillas, and chicken fried steak.

Everything at Hot Pancakes is “made with love.” According to the Hot Pancakes website, “We invest in quality ingredients to ensure our customers get the great taste we’re famous for. Because we believe that you deserve the best.”

The proposed location would open at 2030 N Hwy. 78, Ste. D in Wylie, according to a recent project filing. The nearly 2,200-square-foot restaurant must undergo an interior buildout before opening to the public. Construction could wrap up by the end of 2023, but there is no official word on when the new Hot Pancakes location will open to diners.

Hot Pancakes currently serves diners at 3601 North Jupiter Rd. in Richardson.
