Blue Goose Cantina first opened on Greenville Ave. in 1984 and now has locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex including in Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Grapevine, Highland Village, McKinney, and Plano.

The authentic Tex-Mex menu features marinated top-grade meats and fresh vegetables grilled with local mesquite wood, as well as craft sauces and homemade tortillas. You can get tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, fajitas, and other Tex-Mex offerings.

The cocktail menu features a selection of margaritas including The Diablo—a swirl of frozen margarita and sangria—and the Ranch Water with Casamigos Blanco tequila, Topo Chico, and fresh lime juice. Other cocktails and a selection of cerveza can also be enjoyed.

Blue Goose Cantina is one of several area restaurants operated by parent company, The Peterson Group, and Nick Peterson, son of Blue Goose founder, the late Bob Peterson. The Peterson Group’s other concepts include the Aw Shucks and Big Shucks restaurants.
