Hays is part of the team at This and That Hospitality who, along with his wife Brittany and collaborator Brittni Clayton, are bringing classic cuisine and a comfortable atmosphere to the American restaurant and bar. This and That Hospitality is also behind Ferris Wheelers, High Fives, The Whippersnapper, Tiny Victories and Session Pilates

The crew told Lake Highlands Advocate that they took inspiration from the TV show, Cheers, and are hoping to immolate the hospitable atmosphere where everyone knows your name.

The menu is still being developed, but Goldie’s has teased a beautifully plated French onion soup on their Instagram page, @GoldiesDallas where locals can stay up to date on the development of the new neighborhood go-to for comfort food and conversation.
