The restaurant will incorporate inspiration from Scotland, Ireland and England, with a heavy leaning toward North London cuisine. Patrons can expect classics like fish and chips and bangers and mash, as well as inviting and vintage decor that feels less “mid-Texas”, and more “old pub in England.”

“We are really just trying to make a place where people can just come hang out,” Hunsicker told What Now Dallas. “It will be great spot to bring business clientele, or for a night out. Of course we welcome people from all over, but the intent is really to create a spot for locals that fits into their schedule. It’s a place where people can come and hang out and enjoy great food from 11 a.m. to midnight.”

The previous Ikea VP, food and beverage expert, and Derbyshire owner told What Now Dallas the layout will include an outdoor patio and two-stories of seating. A website and social media platforms are not yet available.
