Okinawa Asian Cuisine will open at 1325 W Interstate 20 in Arlington by August, owner Mark Chen told What Now Dallas. This is Mark’s first culinary quest in Texas, though he has ten years of experience in the restaurant industry in North Dakota, and it will bring an all-you-can-eat option to the area.

Mark says the restaurant will not be buffet style, but rather a full service restaurant with an unlimited menu.

“Guests can indulge in an unlimited selection of sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and other menu items,” he shared. “There are no limits on the number of rounds and time, which allow our guests to try as many different dishes as possible.”

He told What Now Dallas all dishes will be freshly made. Concerning the decor, Mark aims to install massive LED screens to transport guests to luxury locations, from their Texas table.

All-you-can-eat pricing for adults starts at $19.95 for lunch, and $29.95 for dinner. No website or social media channels are currently established, but guests can watch for developments at the space opening by summer.
