Nikki Greek Bistro & Lounge is expected to open at 5757 W Lovers Ln #101 in Dallas in early 2024, a recent press release announced. The restaurant, named after the Greek goddess of victory, is operated by Lisa and Tom Georgalis, owners of the Ivy Tavern.
According to the release, “Nikki promises warm hospitality, delicious food, and a social gathering spot for the neighborhood. The concept will feature an upscale modern bistro and a lounge where guests can grab pre- or post-dinner drinks, or enjoy bites and cocktails throughout the night.”
Nikki Greek Bistro & Lounge will feature flavorful dishes representative of the many regions of Greece and crafted by executive chef, Blake Andress. In the release, Blake Chef Andress explained that his goal with the menu at Nikki is to “expose guests to flavors and presentations they’ve never experienced while also offering inventive takes on authentic Greek fare.”
Following the owner’s belief that Greek food should engage all five senses, the renderings included in the release depict an “elevated, modern and chic” aesthetic designed by Ricardo Torres of Estudio Ricardo Torres. According to the release, “the color palette will offer varying shades of blue, green, terracotta, yellow, and cream. The space will boast special ceiling treatments, 18th century natural stone floors in the vestibule imported from an estate in Athens, and custom lighting and furnishings.”
Though the restaurant’s website and social channels are yet to be established, customers can expect to enjoy early evening and dinner hours Monday through Sunday, along with complimentary valet parking.
