“French and Asian cuisines have some very dynamic similarities in their cooking styles, so we are excited to bring in a chef that has extensive experience in the space,” Davaillon noted in the release.

In addition to this concept, Davaillon is the man behind Knox Bistro and the now-closed French restaurant, Bullion. The French-born chef began learning to cook from his aunt when he was 12 years old. This taught him a natural process of supplying and preparing ingredients, literally farm to table. A highlight of his noteworthy culinary career, Davaillon earned a Michelin star while working with Alain Ducasse at Mix.

Le PasSage will join 16 luxury residences, and multiple shops, fresh food experiences and what the website lists as “holistic wellness destinations” at the Terminal at Katy Trail.
