The new First Watch location at 4890 West University Drive is expected to open by August of 2024, a representative confirmed with What Now Dallas.
With more than 500 First Watch cafes across 29 states, the restaurant is known for flavorful, fresh A.M. cuisine that changes with the season. According to the website, the menu follows the sun, featuring seasonally appropriate ingredients to optimize quality.
For example, the website says “you’ll find vibrant, green California-grown asparagus in April, or the most refreshing Florida watermelon in July.”
Current menu highlights include the Sunny Seoul Hash made with seared pork, diced peppers, kimchi, scallions, sesame seeds and gochujang aioli, or more traditional combinations like the Steak and Bacon Burrito or Cinnamon Chip Pancake Breakfast.
