Delucca Gaucho Pizza and Wine is coming to Las Colinas in the Las Colinas Village. According to a recent filing, the location at 859 W John Carpenter Freeway will wrap-up remodels by March of 2024. This location trails the addition of a new restaurant in Fort Worth, also set to open in Spring of 2024.
Created and previously owned by Evandro Caregnato and Vanderleia Mallman, Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine recently sold to now-owners, John Miller and Scott Smith. The website highlights the restaurant’s wines, craft cocktails and “continuous variety of savory and dessert pizzas.”
According to the website, the restaurant continues its reputation as an “elegant neighborhood pizzeria where you can enjoy the exciting theater of an open kitchen.” The menu also features a Sunday brunch complete with brunch pizzas like the Croque Madame, Classic Breakfast and Spinach and Bacon Quiche.
