Hash Kitchen, dubbed home of the original build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, is planning to open in Fort Worth. That’s according to a state project filing that lists the new tenant at Interstate-35W and Heritage Trace Pkwy., Fort Worth, TX 76177. Before Hash Kitchen can open to the public, the 5,000-square-foot space must undergo a tenant finish-out, which could wrap up in late 2023, according to the filing.

The Hash Kitchen Facebook page states the restaurant “is designed to be the go-to spot for locals and a culinary destination for visitors.” The eatery features breakfast and brunch options with offerings of mimosas, flavorful foods, and creative cocktails. Some menu items to be savored include the Herb Fried Chicken & Waffle, a variety of pancakes, French Toast, and Eggs Benedict, omelets, salads, and other creations.

At Hash Kitchen, guests can also enjoy craft beverages from the extensive bar list. It includes, of course, several options of Bloody Mary, a mimosa flight, beer and seltzer, and the Malibu Barbie—a drink for two combining a variety of fruit flavors with coconut rum served in a purse. Other drink options include coffee and tea, juice, and others.

Hash Kitchen is a concept from The Maggiore Group with executive chef and entrepreneur Joey Maggiore at the helm. The brand has just shy of 10 locations operating in Arizona. In late 2021, investment company Savory Fund acquired a $20 million stake in the Hash Kitchen concept to help with potential growth of the brand with Texas in its sites at the time.
