The incoming restaurant will occupy a 1,250-square-foot space in between Dunkin’ Donuts and a dental office.

In operation since 1964, the first Rosati’s Pizza opened its doors in a suburb of Chicago. The family-owned and family-named brand prides itself on “keeping it real” by using real, local ingredients to make real Chicago-style pizza. The original 1964 menu featured simple pizzas; chicken, shrimp and perch dinners; pastas; and meat sandwiches.

Today, Rosati’s features four delicious styles of Chicago pizza – traditional thin crust, its signature double dough, its world famous Chicago deep dish, and authentic stuffed. All dough is made fresh daily and baked on a traditional rotating pizza deck oven, as opposed to a conveyer belt, and then topped with tangy housemade sauce, a blend of multiple cheeses, fresh veggies and a variety of toppings.

Some of the brand’s favorite pizza combinations include:

  • Rosati’s Monster – Sausage, pepperoni, ground beef, bacon, mushroom, onion, green pepper, black and green olives
  • BBQ Special – A blend of sausage, onion, bacon and tangy barbecue sauce
  • Hawaiian Luau – Fresh pineapple paired with Canadian bacon, fresh tomato and barbecue sauce

Appetizers include chicken tenders, breaded mushrooms, fries, fried ravioli and breadsticks (of course!). No way you can call yourself an Italian restaurant without those! There’s also wings, salads, pastas like chicken parmigiana and baked lasagna, and sandwiches.

Rosati’s currently has restaurants across 15 states, including Texas, with the majority of locations being in the brand’s home state of Illinois. There are three Rosati’s restaurants open and operating in the Lone Star State – Richmond, Flower Mound and McKinney. Two more for Conroe and New Braunfels are in the works.
