Zaap Kitchen Lao & Thai Street Eats has four DFW locations currently in operation—on Greenville, N. Fitzhugh, and N. Buckner in Dallas, as well as one location in Fort Worth. The next two planned spots will open at 5976 W. Parker Rd., Ste. 304 in Plano, possibly sometime this summer, and in Las Colinas sometime in late fall, according to a CultureMap Dallas article.

Tony and Manichanh Moe Singharaj opened the first Zaap Kitchen on Greenville Ave. back in 2018. Since then, the family-operated, fast casual restaurant concept has served a variety of made-to-order dishes.

The menu features curries and noodle dishes such as Pad Thai. You can try a variety of fried rice dishes, soups featuring your choice of protein—chicken, beef, pork, tofu, shrimp, or a combo, or a number of salads including Lao Style Papaya Salad.
