Wayback Burgers is opening its newest location in Allen, Texas and will host a grand opening celebration on Saturday, May 6. The grand opening will be followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony with members of the Allen Fairview Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, May 9 in honor of its new Allen, TX location.
During the grand opening day festivities, guests can enjoy a Buy One, Get One Free Classic Burger in-restaurant. There will be entertainment on-site and guests can also enter to win various prizes, including an Oculus virtual reality headset and Apple AirPods. Additionally, Wayback Burgers of Allen will present a $2,500 check to members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County on-site on Saturday, May 6 at 2:00 PM. The organization dedicated to enhancing the development of youth, ages 6-18, by providing specialized programs for success, healthy lifestyle and leadership development.
Wayback Burgers of Allen is the first location owned and operated by Zalak Patel. After being introduced to the burger franchise through friends in North Carolina, Patel was inspired to open a Wayback Burgers restaurant of her very own. With a passion for food and a background in the restaurant industry, Patel was eager to take on her new role as a local franchisee in hopes to provide great food and service to guests in Collin County. She is excited to introduce Wayback Burgers and its high-quality menu items to both new and familiar faces in the community.
Grand Opening Festivities on Saturday, May 6, 2023 will take place from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM with the following events:
Magic Sam & Friends Face Painter: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County Check Presentation: 2:00 PM
Magician Daryl Howard: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
A Post-Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, May 9 at 11:30 AM
