Tiff’s Treats could soon begin delivering warm cookies to a wider audience in the Arlington area. Tiff’s Treats currently has one Arlington location on North Collins, and according to a recent project filing, the cookie delivery company is planning a new location at 4401 Little Rd., Ste. 530.
Construction could get underway at the Green Oaks Plaza cookie shop in early 2023. The 1,700-square-foot space would undergo an interior remodel and could open to the public sometime next spring.
Tiff’s Treats first began offering warm cookies in Austin in 1999, and the cookie delivery brand now has dozens of locations across Texas and other states including Georgia and Tennessee.
The menu features a variety of flavors including chocolate chip, sugar, and oatmeal raisin, as well as brownies, cookie truffles, milk, and ice cream. You can also top your warm cookies with Frost ’ems Frosting Cups.
Tiff’s Treats cookies are baked to order and delivered warm. In-store cookies are limited, and the Tiff’s Treats website encourages guests to place an order at least 30 minutes before pickup. You can order online, in the app, or by phone at your local Tiff’s Treats store.
