You can build your own bowl starting with a base of greens, grains, or both, or you might choose the pita option. Diners can choose from a variety of dips or spreads including hummus, roasted eggplant, tzatziki, Crazy Feta, and others before adding a protein. Proteins include grilled chicken, Harissa Honey chicken, falafel, and spicy lamb meatballs, as well as your choice of toppings and dressing.

One of the newest Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex locations is planned for 630 W. U.S. Highway 80, Forney, which could open sometime this summer, according to a project filing. Another filing lists a 2,500-square-foot space at the Burleson Shopping Center as another planned location for CAVA. Construction on the Burleson location could wrap up sometime in fall of 2023.

CAVA currently has just over a dozen locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with others across the San Antonio, Austin, and Houston areas. CAVA was founded by Dimitri Moshovitis, Ted Xenohristos, and Ike Grigoropoulos in Maryland back in 2011 and now has locations across several states.
