Tupelo Honey, which will be near Las Colinas, will feature scratch-made food and cocktails along with a little Southern charm. Diners can enjoy Famous Fried Green Tomatoes, Crispy Brussels, and Cast Iron Pimento Cheese Dip to start.

The menu offers Tupelo’s Famous Fried Chicken—bone-in or boneless—with buttermilk waffles if you desire. Entrees such as Bourbon Peppercorn Glazed Meatloaf, Tupelo Shrimp and Grits, big bowl salads, and sandwiches are also available.

For dessert, you can enjoy Heavenly Banana Pudding or Brown Butter Pecan Pie. A full-service bar features beer, wine, and cocktails. According to the Tupelo Honey website, the new DFW location will serve diners lunch and dinner with brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

The menu features thoughtfully-sourced and local ingredients as much as possible that are “forever free” of hormones and antibiotics. From farm to Southern table, Tupelo Honey has conscious animal welfare high on its list of requirements.

Tupelo Honey has one location in Frisco with dozens more across the country including in Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia. According to the project filing, the nearly 5,500-square-foot space will include indoor and patio seating and a new exterior awning. It could open in spring of 2023.
