The Pokeworks team is currently working with their broker to find the locations. The first is expected to open during the second half of 2023.

“Fort Worth and Arlington are booming cities attracting young people – with several universities and new businesses opening each day – similar to the Austin market where Pokeworks continues to thrive. We look forward to bringing the brand to the area soon!” said Marcos Blanco, in an email with What Now Dallas.

The Pokeworks menu includes traditional poke bowls, the Poke Burrito, salads, and sides, with gluten-free and vegan options available.

The brand serves sashimi grade sustainable fish, proteins, freshly cut veggies, and hand-crafted sauces. Pokeworks was founded in 2015 and now has nearly 70 locations across 20 states, Taiwan, and Mexico, with additional restaurants planned for Canada.
