The popular – and boozy – breakfast, brunch and lunch eatery will kick off its grand opening at 3020 Justin Rd by giving away:

  • Free breakfast for a year* to three lucky winners in line
  • A $25 gift card to the first 25 individuals in line
  • Free churro donuts and $3 mimosas to ALL guests from 7 AM to 3 PM

If free churro donuts aren’t reason enough to show up on Monday, we don’t know what else is.

Occupying a space of 5,000 square feet, The Toasted Yolk Café in Highland Village will offer guests reimagined interpretations of traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch classics made in a scratch kitchen, as well as a full-service bar with several flat-screen TVs. The location also features a new outdoor patio and will offer online ordering and curbside pick-up.

“We’re thrilled to bring our unique, chef-driven menu to the Dallas area and can’t wait to open our doors to the Highland Village community,” franchisee Joe Arnett said. “In addition to outstanding service and delicious scratch food, we offer a welcoming atmosphere — perfect for a boozy brunch with friends or a great time with your family. We can’t wait to become part of the Highland Village community!”

Founded in Houston in 2010 by longtime friends Chris Milton and Mathew DeMott, The Toasted Yolk Café serves a Southern comfort food menu where guests can enjoy egg specialties and coffee in the morning, boozy cocktails and savory pancakes at brunch, and a variety of delicious salads, sandwiches and soups at lunch.

Fan-favorite dishes include the brand’s famous Churro Donuts, Cowboy Scramble, West Coast Arnold and Club Sandwich. Drink-wise, there’s everything from classic mimosas and frozen Bellinis to bloody Marys and gin punch.

The Toasted Yolk Café in Highland Village will be open every day from 7 AM to 3 PM. The new location is the brand’s 20th systemwide and its first in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. But it certainly won’t be its last. Two new franchise locations are currently in the works for Southlake and Addison. Additionally, Toasted Yolk has partnered with several multi-unit operators to bring new locations to the cities of Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Prosper and Richardson.

*Free breakfast for a year will be awarded by way of one free breakfast entrée and one free beverage, excluding alcohol, once a week.
