While Patel has not landed on specific locations, he is hoping to plant the Brass Tap flag in Celina and Northlake. The savvy businessman takes several factors into consideration when selecting areas for growth, including age demographics, growth, and the average income. Additionally, Patel seeks out existing buildings that require renovations instead of from the ground up construction.
The restaurateur has found a great deal of success with the chain since kicking off his business relationship with the brand. Patel’s collected Brass Tap locations in Cross Roads, Prosper, and Frisco have all seen consistent growth.
The Brass Tap was initially founded in Florida in 2007. The brand, anchored by an impressive array of on-tap beers, has expanded to include 50 locations across 14 states, with many more planned for the future.
