Local foodies have been waiting with baited breath for the concept’s return since it closed its doors at 2973 Crockett Street in 2019. However, hope is on the horizon; Terra Mediterranean is planning to reopen in a new, nearby location. The restaurant will be taking over the The Blue Fish’s old home at 2932 Crockett Street.
Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that the $750,000 renovations of the 6,720 square foot space were set to conclude in December of last year.
Terra has sadly announced the closure of its Plano location; however commenters on today’s official social media post making the announcement have expressed continued hope for the Fort Worth location. While some expressed doubt, others reported seeing forward momentum on the buildings construction, with one fan stating that signage has been placed recently.
The concept’s website gives Fort Worth foodies reason to be optimistic. The triumphant return is posted, with a note saying: “Terra Mediterranean is coming back to Fort Worth soon! Hang tight…”
