The concept is a new foodie-favorite, started by two college kids from Utah and Minnesota who aimed to “bring a healthier ,modern take on the Mediterranean food ubiquitous in the street of Europe, to cities across America.”

The name is derived from the classic method of broiling meats to produce a “flavorful rich taste”. The menu includes wraps, bowls, salads and vegan options. With house favorites including the Berliner Fries, topped with berliner red sauce, tzatziki sauce, cabbage, carrot slaw, cucumber, tomato, feta, olives, corn and peperoncinis.

Another fan favorite, Doquitos, are a fresh take on taquitos — lavish bread rolled with zesty feta, onion, aioli, fried to perfection, smothered with feta, aioli, onion, pepperoncinis, green pepper, tomato and olives.

Their menu is expansive, with enough options and flavor for any group of friends or family to enjoy. Learn more at www.spitz-restaurant.com
