The filings reference the following future Shipley Do-Nuts locations, which could open to the public sometime this December.

  • 901 E. Ennis Ave., Ennis, TX 75119
  • 502 N I-35 Rd., Red Oak, TX 70810
  • 1739 W. 7th Ave., Corsicana, TX 75110

The latest additions to the Houston-based brand, which was founded in 1936, will be operated by franchisee Sam Khader, who owns and operates Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet in several Texas cities.

Khader inked the deal to open the Shipley Do-Nuts locations earlier this year following news that the DFW market was “sold out” in late 2021 with the multi-unit agreement with HPL Capital LLC. HPL Capital will reportedly open Shipley Do-Nuts in Coppell, Denton, Irving, and several other DFW cities.

The menu features do-nuts from glazed and iced with sprinkles to cake and filled. Diners can get cinnamon rolls, twists, apple fritters, kolaches, coffees, and more. Shipley Do-Nuts franchises over 350 restaurants across 10 states.
