“Pacific was the first downtown Dallas location for Salata and a staple in the central business district,” said Salata franchisee Michael Mina in a statement. “It’s been over two long years since we closed at the start of the pandemic, and we’ve missed serving our wonderful customers in Downtown Dallas.” Mina continues, “The genuine excitement and support we’ve experienced over the past few months as people walk by while we’ve prepared to reopen is heartwarming and thrilling. We are so excited to see everyone again!”

In addition to new signage reflecting Salata’s updated logo, the Pacific Dallas’s front of house was gutted and completely renovated. Guests will notice new art boards, and a new online ordering station, designed to enhance the customer experience and expedite service in a timely manner for downtown business customers on their lunch break. Additionally, the space features new floors, new paint, and an updated service line.

Another one of Mina’s locations, Preston Center, completed a refresh in November 2021 and has since seen a positive response from customers. “Since renovating our Preston Center location last year, we’ve seen an increase in guests who dine at the restaurant. It’s become a gathering place for business lunches, family meals, Highland Park students, and many more.”

Mina plans to refresh and reopen the Plaza of Americas and One Main locations in Downtown Dallas as well.

The Las Colinas and Flower Mound locations also went full renovations with a completely new front of house and salad line which offer the clean and fresh ambiance customers have come to associate with the salad kitchen. All renovations were completed by Dallas-based restaurant contractor group, Bubble Creative.

The Pacific Salata location is located at 1700 Pacific Ave, Dallas, TX 75201. Salata has 85 locations open nationwide with 18 Dallas-Fort Worth salad kitchens.
