Salata, a built-to-order salad kitchen, will celebrate the grand opening of its newest location in Lake Highlands on Thursday, January 12, 2023. The 2,300-square-foot location is located at 6464 E. Northwest Highway, Ste. 318, Dallas, TX, 75214.
The Lake Highlands Salata will offer guests fully customizable, built-to-order salads and wraps, soups, organic teas, and lemonades. All fresh fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins will be prepared and chopped daily in-house. With five salad bases, over 50 toppings, and 11 house-made, gluten-free dressings, guests can create meals tailored to their lifestyle.
The new Salata will offer online ordering with pickup and delivery available for fans on the go, as well as dine-in and catering. Additionally, the Lake Highlands location boasts a large, covered outdoor patio with over 40 seats for guests to enjoy fresh fare in the fresh air.
To celebrate the official opening of the Lake Highlands Salata, on Thursday, January 12, guests can enjoy a build-your-own succulent bar, available while supplies last to paying guests. Additionally, Salata’s house-made dressings will be available for guests to sample with curated fruit and vegetable pairings along with their signature organic teas and lemonades. Salata will also deck out the new location in custom decor from the local balloon garland service, Stellar Creations – creating the perfect Instagrammable moment.
Additionally, the first 50 guests to show the grand opening flier featured on Salata’s social media platforms will receive a free meal. Guests must download the Salata app and sign up for the Tastemakers Rewards program to redeem the free meal.
On the grand opening day, 15% of all sales will be donated to East Lake Pet Orphanage. Since 2001, East Lake Pet Orphanage has saved the lives of thousands of dogs, cats, and other pets. The organization works to connect people and pets for the mutual enrichment of life by providing pets with medical care, surgical care, a warm place to stay, and more.
The Lake Highland Salata is the 91st location open nationwide. It will be operated by Pegasus Restaurant Group and is the seventh location for the franchise group owned by Mark Robbins. The restaurant group also has plans to open a Salata restaurant in Euless in early 2023.
Operating hours: Monday-Saturday 11 AM-9 PM, Sun 11 AM-7 PM.
