The one-of-a-kind restaurant concept is on a mission to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable to everyone. Customers can kick-start the day with breakfast burritos, bowls, and coffee, or reach for salads and wraps with protein that are available under $8.

“We are proud to announce the opening of our new store on Lemmon Avenue,” said Nicole Portwood, Salad and Go’s chief marketing officer in a statement. “We can’t wait to be a part of this vibrant neighborhood, providing nutritious meal options at great prices and creating fresh job opportunities for the community.”

Salad and Go offers nutritious and convenient food. The menu is guided by a food ethos from Michelin-star trained Chef Daniel Patino, who has brought the high standards of fine dining to a quick-service model. Without artificial additives, stabilizers or preservatives, the Salad and Go menu features cleaner ingredients that make for delicious and satisfying meals every time.

The store will host a hiring event at Aloft Hotel Dallas Love Field (2333 W. Mockingbird Lane, Dallas) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Jan. 29. Team Member pay starts at $15 an hour and Shift Leads start at $16.75 an hour.

Salad and Go, which operates more than 60 stores across Texas, is proud to give back to the communities it calls home. Ahead of the store’s scheduled opening on Feb. 19, Salad and Go will donate hundreds of fresh salads created during team member training in partnership with local nonprofits and is also supporting two area races: Time Travel Half Marathon and Too Cold to Hold Half Marathon.

The new Lemmon location is also building partnerships with local community organizations, including Moody Family YMCA, and is available to host fundraisers and events with Dallas ISD and Highland Park ISD schools.
