Sabaidee Lao & Thai Street Food, which currently operates four fast-casual locations in Texas, will begin remodeling work on a new takeout-only location at 1757 E. Hebron Parkway in Carrollton this month, according to permits filed with the state.

The 800-square-foot space is an opportunity to focus specifically on takeout, where all other locations offer dine-in service. The new location is estimated to open to the public in February 2025.
Sabaidee, known for serving fresh, handcrafted Lao and Thai street food that can be individually customized and made to order, will continue to offer the existing menu at this new takeout location. Carrollton residents can enjoy authentic pad thai, drunken noodles, fried rice, lao sausage, pad see ew, and more.
Salong Namsa, owner of Sabaidee Lao & Thai Street Food, continues to sell his Laotian-inspired streetwear designs to consumers who want to represent their culture and cuisine. Namsa was not immediately available for more information.
