“We’re thrilled to be opening our first location in Texas,” said Debbie Roxarzade, CEO and Founder of Rachel’s Kitchen in a statement. “Our Grand Opening event will be jam-packed with fun raffle items and, of course, great food. We are overjoyed to be bringing the community a fresh and exciting dining experience where friends, families, and workers can come together, in addition to creating 20 new job opportunities.”

Founded by Debbie Roxarzade in 2006, Rachel’s Kitchen has grown from a single quaint café to nine locations. The restaurant has sustained popularity through its timeless menu with a variety of healthy to indulgent options. The menu, crafted by Debbie from her years of culinary experience, features fresh made-to-order items, including sandwiches, juices, salads, and breakfast dishes.

After 18 years of operation in the Las Vegas Valley, Rachel’s Kitchen is now poised to introduce the same menu and community-oriented approach the brand has come to be known for at its new location in Frisco.

“We look forward to becoming a new staple of the Frisco community, turning first time customers into new fans, and can’t wait to welcome everyone to our grand opening event on September 21st,” said Roxarzade.

The opening of Rachel’s Kitchen in Frisco marks a significant milestone for the brand as it begins its national expansion into new markets throughout the U.S.
