“Our guests are the heart of Princi Italia, and their loyalty inspires us to continuously innovate while staying true to our roots,” said Patrick Colombo, President and CEO of Restaurant Works, the hospitality management company that has also developed iconic concepts Cru Food & Wine Bar, Ferre Ristorante e Bar, Victory Tavern City Grille and Steel Restaurant & Lounge in a statement. “We are proud to welcome guests back to a space that reflects both our deep appreciation for tradition and our commitment to providing a modern, elevated dining experience.”

The renovation introduces new features, including the extension of the bar area, new wood paneling, and stylish wallpaper. Additionally, custom light fixtures were added from Restoration Hardware as well as chairs imported from Italy that are upholstered in sumptuous fabrics, ensuring both comfort and style.

Princi Italia’s large garden patio is shaded by two historic live oak trees and features steel and wood arbors, fans, and built-in heaters. The patio offers a picturesque setting for outdoor dining year-round. The renovation further beautified this space, creating an even more inviting haven for guests.

In addition to refreshed aesthetics, the kitchen at Princi Italia offers a menu that reflects the best of Italian cuisine. Guests can look forward to homemade pastas, seasonal vegetables, light and lemony salads, and Napolitano-style pizzas crafted in the restaurant’s oak wood-burning pizza oven.
