It appears that Princeton might soon get a quick-serve, drive-thru coffee shop. According to a recent project filing, 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee will be located at 724 W. Princeton Dr. and could open to the public sometime this summer.
Construction on the space at just over 500-square-feet could begin next month. The franchise coffee shop has been expanding across DFW with the help of franchisee Scott Wilson with High Octane Joe’s, LLC. Wilson is listed as the tenant at the proposed Princeton location.
The menu at 7 Brew includes a variety of coffee drinks, of course, including classics such as lattes, mochas, and cappuccinos. The Seven Originals are favorites and include the Blondie, Brunette with hazelnut and caramel mocha, and Cinnamon Roll. Energy drinks, sweet or unsweet tea, smoothies, shakes, and sparkling water are also available.
The 7 Brew brand first opened in Arkansas and now has several dozen stands across multiple states with more on the way. What Now Dallas earlier reported on four 7 Brew locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex that could open in coming months including Dallas, Little Elm, McKinney, and Prosper.
