Pollos La Pullita first opened at 1634 New York Ave. in Arlington in 2015, and now the brand has two more Arlington spots opening soon. One Arlington location is set to open at 4920 S. Cooper St. on September 1.

A South Arlington spot is planned for 5224 Webb Ferrell Rd. at the Shops at Debbie Lane. “It’s a new shopping center under construction,” said Jose Rodriguez, administrator for Pollos La Pullita. That location could open in spring of 2023, along with a spot in Fort Worth. The Fort Worth restaurant will open at 221 W. Seminary Dr. Pollos La Pullita currently has restaurants open in Dallas, Garland, and Irving.

Pollos La Pullita will soon offer franchising opportunities. “We know the model works,” Rodriguez said. “Because we use only wood-burning ovens, the flavor of the chicken is unique. It is not fried. It is not in the oven to cook. It is a wood rotisserie.”

The menu offers whole and half chickens along with a variety of chicken dishes. Flautas, quesadillas, burritos, ribs, and roasted potatoes are also on the menu.
