The frozen yogurt brand offers a variety of flavors and toppings. Some flavor examples include cheesecake, cotton candy, and birthday cupcake batter. Toppings include fresh fruit, candies, and sprinkles.

The new 1,500-square-foot location in Plano will need renovations before opening to the public. Work will include new kitchen equipment, interior walls, electrical, and more. According to the project filing, the remodel could be complete by the end of the year, but there is no word on when Yogurtland might open to the public.

Phillip Chang first opened Yogurtland in California back in 2006 with one goal in mind, according to the Yogurtland website—“provide a self-serve frozen yogurt experience that gives customers the highest quality ingredients and flavors to fill their cups.” The brand now has more than 250 locations.

According to the project filing, Allan Yang is the tenant for the Plano location. Yang leads FranchiseSoar, which is a Texas-based private equity firm that focuses on investment opportunities including Yogurtland.
