“Night Rooster is coming soon to Dallas Design District! A 2 story, upscale Chinese restaurant and lounge by HHC, with culinary masterpieces by Chef Jacob Williamson,” Hooper said in a recent LinkedIn post shared with an image of the Dallas skyline visible form the Night Rooster rooftop.

Chef Jacob Williamson will oversee the Night Rooster menu. Williamson was part of the opening team at Wolfgang Puck’s Five Sixty and has worked with several critically acclaimed chefs. Night Rooster is expected to offer shareable plates like dim sum and classic Asian dishes, with a cocktail program of Asian whiskeys, soju and sake, according to Dallas Culture Map.
